Philosophy of Ministry:
My philosophy of ministry is found in Matthew 28:18-20 and Ephesians 4:12-16.  I believe that we should reach people with the Gospel and teach Christians the deeper truths from the Word of God.  Baptizing and assimilating new converts into the Family of God as local Baptized believers is critical to the Great Commission.  Equipping the Saints for the work of ministry and edifying the body of Christ through the exercising of spiritual gifts are key elements to fulfilling ministerial obligations and calling.
